Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items.
Eligible for Return:
- Items in original condition with tags attached
- Unused products in original packaging
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong items received
Not Eligible for Return:
- Perishable goods (food items)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Items marked as non-returnable
How to Return an Item

Contact Seller
Go to your order page and click Request Return. Explain the reason for your return.

Get Approval
Wait for seller approval and return instructions. You will receive a return label if applicable.

Ship Item Back
Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address. Keep your shipping receipt.
4
Get Refund
Once the seller receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Important Notes
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Contact our support team if you do not hear from the seller within 48 hours
